The basic installation video included on the product site made it possible for me to install this without fear and doubt. It was as simple as unscrew each end, use a twist tie on each connector to keep them from falling back behind the wall oven, took the time to clean out the oven nicely before plugging in the new elements, removing the twist ties and screwing it all back in. My kitchen is slated for remodel later in the year, and there was just no way we could afford a new oven *right this moment* but for less than 80 bucks I had my old crappy oven running like new for some time longer.
