Shannon M Swannanoa , NC December 15, 2017 Appliance: Model RDE 1300N2 The baking element of our old whirlpool oven model #rde 1300n2 went bad I looked up the model number for our old Whirlpool oven on this site, found identical looking appliance with a different model #, and ordered the part based on the parts diagram. I turned off the breaker, unscrewed the old baking element, gently pulled wires out of the wall a few inches and then pulled them off of element, attached the new element and screwed it in.
