Turned off water. Ran dishwasher empty. Removed front kick panel cover. Removed two screws securing unit to countertop. Pulled out dishwasher. Turned on side. Disconnect wiring. Placed towels underneath to catch any excess water. Loosened two clamps. Removed motor (unit required twisting). Installed new motor (again, twisting to re-position). Ran to check for leaks. Re-installed dishwasher
