Replaced the element. It took longer to open box, remove oven door & baking racks than to replace unit. Shipping seemed high at first but it was here the next day with standard shipping. If I ordered it from my local parts store it would have taken over a week and probably cost more. Hate to cut them out of the business but they are usually unresponsive.
