Used the internet to help diagnose the problem. After reading I was convinced that I should be using OEM parts. I found AppliancePartsPros.com during my searching and happy I did. First, the website is very good and clear. I watched a video attached to the parts I ordered and confirmed what I needed. Second, It was easy to order and even though I ordered them on a Friday there we here first thing Sunday morning. Took about an hour and everything worked out well. I will be using them for all my parts purchases moving forward!
