Contacted Kitchenaid who advised they didn't carry the replacement coupling but gave me 3 reference sources of which you were the first I contacted and ordered the coupling. It arrived via USPS within a couple of days. The plastic bag containing the coupling had an official appearing Kitchenaid logo and clear installation instructions.
