I was able to find the part I needed by searching the oven's model number which was just inside the door engraved in a piece of metal.
I had to unscrew to oven from the cabinet - four screws on the edges of the oven. I had to pull the oven out of the cabinet. I removed the rear panel of the oven to expose the wiring for the element - 12-16 screws (cant remember exactly). I slipped the wires off of the old element - no tools. I removed the screws on the old element - two screws inside the oven. I took the old element out being careful not to compress or tear the insulation on the back of the oven. I put the new element in where the old elemnt was, and put everything back together.
