It had a code on the front of SY EF, which for a Frigidaire indicates a bad evaporator motor. I made a few phone calls to "technicians" and found they don't know how to troubleshoot. They're just part changers and that gets expensive. I learned electronics in the Army, so I went on this site and called them. I needed to know what the input voltage to the fan was and which pins to check it on. That wasn't available on the site, but I got help with it on the phone call to this site. The temperature thermostat wasn't in real good shape so I replaced it too. Fridge works great now and after an adjustment to the water level in the tray, the ice maker makes ice again. NOTE to management: Please add info about ohms and voltage checks. I know it may be on those diagrams, but even after blowing them up, there not readable, at least on this customer's end. I'd give you a 5 STAR rating if more was added to the troubleshooting. I had another device to check, but no info on Ohm's reading I should get.
