Carole G Wiggins , MS January 17, 2015 One of the two brackets which secures the dishwasher to the counter was broken off the dishwasher would wobble whenever i would open or close the door I pulled the dishwasher out from under the counter about 3 inches. Replacing the broken bracket was simple because I watched your video. I was also able to correct the installation of the other bracket (there are two on top of the dishwasher) because it had been installed incorrectly. The entire job took less than 15 minutes.
