We watched a how to video on youtube.com and then ordered the part we needed, the coupler. It arrived quickly and the instructions to take off the old coupler and install the new one were included. We couldn't make the hammer and screwdriver work as demonstrated on youtube.com but we were successful at getting the coupler off following the instructions included in the bag. Then we simply replaced it with the new coupler and our blender is back in business! Thank you!
