It was simple. I removed the twelve screws around the door. Unplugged the old switch, plugged in the new on and screwed it back together. Before I purchased the lock/switch from Appliance Parts. I priced it at Sears Parts. It was $12 more and the 2 weeks delivery time which I also paid at $5.95 shipping. Appliance parts delivered in 3 days. for $12.34 cheaper.
