Ann L South San Francisco , CA February 03, 2015 Broken drive coupler on my blender Removed the coupler with a screw driver. Then cleaned the area. Was very easy to attach the new driver. I then placed the top of the blender the base an ran it to tighten the coupler. Took about 10th minutes. Was very easy. Excellent customer service.
