Removed three screws, wiggled the cover out of it's housing and disconnected the electrical plug. I pried a nut off the rod that held the old cover in place and slid the nut off. With the nut off I pulled the rod out to remove what was left of the broken cover. I lined up the new cover, slid the rod back in and pushed the nut back on. Putting the electrical plug back on took a bit of effort bun once lined up properly it snapped into place. I wiggled the cover back into it niche and replaced the three screws.
