James H Portsmouth , RI December 22, 2014 Appliance: Model GE JVM 1350 Broken lower end of microwave door handle Partially pried up the gasket around window inside the door to expose the bottom screw. It was a simple repair. Watched the YouTube video that showed this as suggested in a previous post. It was very helpful. The gasket is a bit tight, so seeing it done in the video gave assurance that it would likely not break lifting it! The job took about 5 minutes. The service from ApplianceParts was amazing. I ordered the replacement handle in the afternoon and I had it the next day! Wow!
