Linda F Memphis , TX March 21, 2015 Appliance: Model 721.6912210IO Broken microwave plate I broke my Kenmore microwave plate. I did call to make sure it was a plate I was ordering. A very nice gentleman talked to me about it and told me when he thought I would get it. This was on a Sunday and not sure if it came on Wednesday or Thursday. Neither Sears store near me could have even gotten one to their repair center this quickly or as cheaply. I was very happy with their service. Not my first order with this company.
