How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP5193097 / 3390W1A012G Tray,Glass

Ordered two new Parts 

Simply placed new tray in microwave 

Part fit perfectly and was delivred in a timely fashion. Very pleased with the service 

It a simple fix get th part number go on line order part wait for delivery which is the next day. Just lay the turn table in the microwave done. 

Order a glass tray and it fit! Works great! Very quick delivery! With in 3 days! So happy! 

I tried quite a few times to order this part. Model numbers did not match. I called AppliancePartsPros.com and my problem was immediately solved by the nice lady on the phone. I ordered it and 2 days later it was sitting on my porch! HAPPY ENDING 

I broke my Kenmore microwave plate. I did call to make sure it was a plate I was ordering. A very nice gentleman talked to me about it and told me when he thought I would get it. This was on a Sunday and not sure if it came on Wednesday or Thursday. Neither Sears store near me could have even gotten one to their repair center this quickly or as cheaply. I was very happy with their service. Not my first order with this company. 

Ordered a replacement glass for my microwave on Monday at about 1:30PM. The new one arrived on Tuesday afternoon! Very impressed with the super fast service! 

I was washing the glass turntable/tray from my microwave when it slipped from my grip. Found that it a replacement tray at the appliance stores is non-existant. I found this site online. Had my replacement within the week!
