You guys hit a home run on this one. It was a simple problem, two tiny clips were all I needed. You had them, you shipped quickly and the job was done. The instructional; video was EXACTLY what my problem was, and it showed me a simple way to fix it.
I now where to go when I need parts or help on an appliance.
