Bought the shock absorber kit and new spring, watched both videos on installing new shocks and new spring. Took off back of washer and removed old shocks as instructed in video except I didn't need to remove water tube. However, I had to remove an electrical box (two screws) to remove the bottom pin on the left side shock because the pin pushed up against the electrical box before coming out of the shock mount. Also, to replace the spring I did not have remove the back of the control panel, just the four screws that hold the whole top on and slid the top to one side.
