Peter L Dover , NH April 24, 2026 Burned out baking element The baking element in my vintage 1983 Whirlpool built in oven burned out with a buzz and pop. I thought it could be a very expensive repair requiring a new oven and work on the kitchen cabinetry. I googled the model number of the oven and found the part available at AppliancePartsPros. After watching a Youtube video I was confident I could repair the oven. I ordered the part around 830 AM on Monday morning and the next day around 3 PM Fedex delivered the new element. Ten minutes later I had it installed and the oven working. At a minimum I saved myself a couple hundred dollars for a repairman to come out and fix the oven and it would have been out of service much longer as well. Thank you AppliancePartsPros!
