This is for a wall oven lower burner. The entire oven has to come out of the wall to access the bottom coils. There is no way to test the coil without removing the entire oven. Once removed you can test the ohms with a voltmeter or if you just take the panel off the way this coil is you can see where it’s burned out typically. The coil is on the bottom so the unit needs to lay on its back, well I found this to be the easiest. I also replaced the thermostat at the same time just for good measures in hopes to not need to take the oven out again. It is a 2 person job.
