I got on line and diagnosed the probable problem and watched a youtube video on removing and replacing that particular part 2. I removed the suspected part and found that it was indeed damaged. 3. I went on line and shopped for parts. Appliance Parts Pros had the best price. 4. I ordered the parts Saturday and received the parts on Wednesday. 5.
