Leo S Acworth , GA October 26, 2014 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL FRIDGE Condensor and evaporator fans were running but fridge was not cooling i don't hink compressor was running couldn't hear it kick on I watched a video on line that said to pull copressor starter off and shake it. If it sounded like a maraca, it was bad. Mine sounded bad. I ordered a new part and it took less than 15 minutes to replace. Fridge started cooling immediately.
