She was very helpful in sharing that the control panel now comes with a new face plate where in the past it had to be bought separate. This was very helpful considering I was planning to purchase a new one. She was also careful to make sure that we got the proper color face plate to match my appliance. It was a very satisfying experience. My parts arrived exactly when promised, the box and parts were in perfect condition, the parts fit precisely as they should.
