Jenn S Amesbury , MA February 27, 2016 The control panel on our jenn air dual fuel range was not working a few of the numbers and the enter button didn't work for about a year and then on day none of the buttons worked Checked out the problem on Appliance Parts Pros, found the part and replaced it. The fix is basically unscrewing regular Philips head screws and some with a hex top and then disconnecting a flat "cable" that goes from the buttons to the actual electronic controls. It takes a bit of effort to line everything up exactly to put the screws back in, so working with someone else can be helpful. My advice, take pictures on your camera of each step so that you can refer to it when putting it back together! 3 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
