Jenn S Amesbury , MA February 27, 2016 The control panel on our jenn air dual fuel range was not working a few of the numbers and the enter button didn't work for about a year and then on day none of the buttons worked Checked out the problem on Appliance Parts Pros, found the part and replaced it. The fix is basically unscrewing regular Philips head screws and some with a hex top and then disconnecting a flat "cable" that goes from the buttons to the actual electronic controls. It takes a bit of effort to line everything up exactly to put the screws back in, so working with someone else can be helpful. My advice, take pictures on your camera of each step so that you can refer to it when putting it back together! Mark O Truckee Ca. 06160 , CA April 14, 2014 Touch pad failure All in all it was fairly simple. Removal of the panel was straight forward. Removal of all screws, and knobs was the simple part. wiggling out the panel had some surprises with more wiring attached then I thought, but by taking it slow and looking at it, the removal of the main circuit board involved only 4 screws and none of the wiring had to be removed. Install was just a reversal of removal. It is a DIY job saving a couple of hundred bucks. Douglas L Columbus , OH October 05, 2018 Touch pad controls stopped working on my Jenn Air range Replaced the control panel. Shelly was great in helping me find the right parts. The whole thing would have take around 10 minutes, except that one of the screws on my stove was corroded in place, so I had to cut the head off with a Dremel too, drill the rest of the screw out and re-tap the hole. If you don;t have that issue, it is a really simple and straightforward repair Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Nut Drivers, Screwdrivers
