Compressor would start and run for only about 10 sec so refrigerator and freezer never got cold. Determined that the most likely problem was the compressor start device. Ordered the start device and run capacitor which was received in only 2 days. Replaced the parts in about 30 min and the fridge was up an running again. The only difficulty was getting the power wires out of the old start device. They have crimp on spade connectors and were very tight. Had to use a small flat-blade screw driver to pry them loose. After that, putting things back together went smoothly.
