The first set I ordered were incorrect(I ordered based on the model number of my fridge, apparently there are more than one with my model number), I contacted customer service and they set up a return authorization and sent the correct parts. Ordered regular delivery and received next day, the first set arrived in two days. I plugged the defrost heater in, and replaced thermostat.
