Thomas S Maud , TX February 07, 2015 The coupler on my blender was completely worn out I watched the video, ordered the part and replaced the part. Took about 3 minutes. The coupler is left hand threaded. I used a screwdriver and a hammer to loosen the coupler from the shaft ( the video makes this really clear).
