Judith M Dunwoody , GA September 18, 2018 The coupler on the blender essentially "melted" over time I looked up a diagnosis on YouTube and removed the damaged coupler. I looked up sources of the replacement parts. I ordered the part and screwed it in when I received it and tested it. The blender now appeared to work again.
