At first I thought the coupler was a chunk of debris, it had partially disintegrated. I pulled it out and went online to find a replacement. This was very easy with AppliancePartsPros. While replacing the coupler, I cleaned some parts but the fine filter could not be cleaned to my standards, so I ordered a replacement from AppliancePartsPros. The job was easy and the video was very helpful in finding those tabs that need to be pried the right way, so they don't break. (btw: I'm a 77 year old female).
