I "googled" the model # and found Appliancepartspros.com. We ordered the coupler part and thought we had been sent the wrong part. However, we had not removed only the rubber portion of the old coupler. Johnny...on chat line...was fabulous at talking us through the removal of the rest of the coupler and the coupler part that we were sent fit perfectly. Many thanks! Once we knew that the metal piece was part of the coupler and we wouldn't damage the threaded portion underneath it was easy. However...seems K.A. could make the removal a bit more simple?
