I watched the YouTube video for repair/replacement of the coupler. I ordered the part which arrived very quickly. I re-watched the video and was successful in removing the damaged part and installing the new coupler. It was so easy to do! I an now proceed with my daily life in using my blender. Thank YOU!!!!
