First off my cycle started and then stopped just a couple minutes after starting it. The detergent door opened but never dissolved pod. Water was left standing in bottom of tub and ordered drain pump. New drain pump worked but same issue of start and stop with no cycle completing. Order new control board and UI board and installed. Same issue. Troubleshooting with select cycle and start buttons in service mode revealed my circulation pump was at fault. It would fill with water to the correct level and drain when testing during service mode troubleshooting. Order new circulation pump and works like new dishwasher. I basically built a new dishwasher with all the new parts but it was still worth saving over buying a brand new one at a 800 to 1200 dollar price tag. Troubleshoot first to determine which part is malfunctioning, then order the correct part. Mine happened to be the circulation pump. Also regular cleaning of the filter and sump housing is essential to longevity. Good Luck!
