Mike G Weatherford , TX July 12, 2015 Dishes were not getting clean Upon inspection I found some the lower rack wheels had come off due to the wheel studs breaking. Also the upper wash arm retainer clip had broken. I replaced these parts along with a new silver ware basket which was allowing silverware to fall through and stop the wash arm from working.
