I orered new springs from you and i followed some instructions i found on the Internet. First, i removed two screws that were holding the appliance in place, then i wiggled the dishwasher out about a foot, removed the old springs, neither of which were broken, installed the new springs, but on a different hook to give it more tension. I pushed the dw back, replaced the two screws, and that was it. Keep in mind, i am an 84 year old woman (gasp !) with fumble fingers. I did it for the cats.
