We started by first disassembling the inside of the dishwasher. When we did this we found some broken glass in the bottom. I went to the parts website and looked for my problem to get suggestions. We assumed that since we found the glass that some must have gotten into the drain pump. We ordered the part. We especially liked the fact that there was a video available to show you how to complete the repair.
