My Whirlpool Quiet Partner I [DU1055SXTSS3] dishwasher would fill with water, get stuck in the first part of the wash cycle, and then I could press cancel to have it drain the water. Washing the dishes was not happening. I suspected that the Electronic Control Board had gone bad. After removing the torx screws that secure the control panel, I opened the protective cover over the electronic control board to access it. I carefully unplugged all wire connection to the control board, carefully pulled it out, and reattached everything to the new control board. The dishwasher works now!
