I found the replacement racks online at AppliancePartsPros.com. They arrived in just a couple of days. After asking my husband to install them, and of course they were still sitting in the boxes, I decided to try myself. I went online and found a video about the process. After putting the top one in backwards the first time, It was no problem to correct it!! Really not a hard thing to do at all. The racks are styled a bit differently than the originals, but they fit and work just fine. Very satisfied.
