Had to pull it out from the cabinet, flip on its side (expect water on the floor). Old part came off and new part went on easily. Pulling and reinstalling the dishwasher is harder than replacing this part. The old part did have the single use clamp mentioned in the video, but I was able to cut through it with some large wire cutters. (Not small ones - this thing is thick.) Now washing better than it was before the pump broke. For anyone who needs it: My old pump had a catastrophic failure between head and rotor shaft, nothing wrong with the motor itself - the whole plastic part just broke. Resistance across any two of the three wires into the motor was about 12-14 ohms in both the old and new pump.
