I replaced clock/timer Controller module which corrected the problem allowing the display to indicate 12:00. the overlay was easy to apply to face of clock timer vontroller. the job took about 30:00 minutes with no questions after viewing the training video. My only problem was not being sure the indicator lights not indicating would be corrected by replacing the clock/timer.
