A representative looked up my model # and gave me a short list of potential issues....within a minute the issue was resolved. Turns out I had neglected to reattach a wire after repairing the original problem more complex repair that APP properly diagnosed for me a few days before. The $1000.00 dryer I was tempted to through out is working well again for $70.00 and two days later!
