Steven P Surprise , AZ June 13, 2022 The door guide flapper was worn at the closing cam on top. Put in new door guide flapper and pivot block at the top. It was terribly difficult and I had to endure almost 3 min. of my time to repair it by replacing both parts. 3 min, I'm not kidding, it was that easy and the video they put on about it helped.
