Suzan F Lexington , NC November 17, 2015 Appliance: KitchenAid Refrigerator KBFA20ERSS00 Buttons on control panel did not work some parts missing We turned off the circuit breaker. We then removed the light cover and then the control panel. We disconnected the Keyboard, Utah, plugged in the new one and turned the breaker on to see if everything worked. We realized that we did not need a new jazz board so that is being returned. The old Keyboard was removed, the new one attached and all the parts were put back. The frig works fine now at the recommended settings of zero and 38F. Dennis G Dexter , MI June 11, 2018 Appliance: Jenn-Air Refrigerator JFC2087HRP My french door refrigerator was causing me to learn some new choice french words The door on our 12-15 year old Jenn Aire french door refrigerator was closing and opening quite roughly. Sometimes quite a bit of force was needed to open or close it. I noticed that the top guide as well as the guide on the muillion strip was worn. It didn't look too bad but I thought that it was worth a try to see if replacing that would work. For about a hundred bucks, my refrigerator feels like new again! It is so night and day that it's really not funny. (Also, I never would have thought in a million years that there is a small heating strip in a door muillion, but there is. It is a 10 watt wire that is used to keep condensation from forming on the seal, kind of interesting.)
