Leslie U Waukegan , IL November 01, 2018 Door would not open/close properly I have had my frig over 13 years and these little parts finally caved in and broke. I went through this big debate do I buy a new frig or do I try to fix it on my own? I am glad I went with fixing my frig. It was the easiest project I have ever done in my home. I had previously watched their videos on how to repair it so I knew which tools to have ready and just waited for the parts to arrive. It took me less than 10 minutes probably. Now my door opens with such ease and closes even better than before. Only comment would be that they should take out the sticker that says it costs $1, when I paid $3 and $6 for it. Either way it was still cheaper to repair it myself than purchasing a new frig that I really didn't have to. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
