Sheryl B Shiner , TX July 26, 2020 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RFG298AARS/XAA Samsung Refrigerator Rfg298aars/Xaa: Drain hole in refrigerator freezing up and causing water underneath the drawer to freeze. Also had a broken rail for vegetable drawer. How to replace Refrigerator Vegetable Drawer Rail Assembly. Removed everything from the refrigerator including the shelves. Took back panel off and defrosted unit and replaced the defrost heater. Also replaced the railings on sides of refrigerator for vegetable drawers.
