Karen G Liverpool , PA July 21, 2014 Drain pump went bad was not draining the water out of each load When my Bosch washing machine started to not drain the water out I did a little research on Google. Found that it was my drain pump. So I unscrewed the “plug” for the drain pump, found a few bobby pins, nails and a quarter. Thought that was the issue. Nope....still not draining water. Did a little more research and found this company Appliance Parts Pros. I knew the part I needed so I ordered it. In about 2 days I had the new part, I was able to install it myself and BAM I got the washer working. Bottom line, if you can determine what is wrong and what part you need, I HIGHLY recommend Appliance Parts Pros!! I am 100% satisfied!
