I them ordered the parts from you at competitive costs and received them within two days. The order was accurately filled and the parts fit perfectly. The video provided all that I needed to perform this complex repair and reassembly of my Samsung washer. I only wished that you could find a provider of spider arms that does not use a cast aluminum metal as
I'm sure that is a Samsung (and others) design defect.?
The service you provided saved me the cost of a new washer or repair costs that may have been greater than the value of a new or used low cost washing machine--over $500.00. We have washed several loads using all possible cycles and everything is working perfectly.
It definitely helps to have good lighting and a helper from time to time. Also helpful is to raise the tub when reassembling. I also ordered the tub seals and have the peace of mind that by replacing them, I avoided any leaks. We are older and have no experience with appliance repair so this repair took us over six hours.
