Bradley S Lillington , NC December 22, 2019 Leaking outer door seal Samsung front load Ordered a new outer door seal and watched their video before replacing. Easy to follow the video and it took me less than 30 min to complete repair. A small amount of diluted dishwashing liquid on the new seal lip makes the install much easier. Robert R S Derby , KS January 03, 2021 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG WF209ANW/XAA Smoke in washer after spin cycle Looked up problem on Appliance Parts. Watched fantastic repair video. Highly recommend as it helps see what parts you need. All seals, bolts replaced. My spider mount bad, rear tub seal, tub seal, door seal, 8 spider bolts. Make sure to order or purchase blue lock tite. Looking back i would have ordered shocks. Made list of parts and ordered. Followed step by step on the fantastic repair video. Took me longer because broken parts and seals were in hoses. Take all apart and clean out. Some minor machine part differences compared to video but expected and very simple to follow. Thank you!!! Saved a lot of money doing myself. You all are amazing. James G Lenhartsville , PA October 25, 2019 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF218ANB/XAA-0000 Samsung washer drum would not spin I watched the YouTube repair video from Appliance Parts Pros. The video was excellent and provided an accurate, step-by-step process on how to fix the problem. It was challenging since there were a lot of disassemblies required in order to get to the part that was needed to be repaired. The parts were ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com and received the next day. I was back watching the video for the reassembly and in no time the washer was back in position and running like a new machine and I saved myself several hundreds of dollars in the process fixing it myself. Robert R Goldsboro , NC December 08, 2019 Appliance: Model WF328AAWXXA Knocking badly I disassembled washer after talking with a friend who had a similar problem. Found the spider bracket was broke and tried to talk with a technician, after not getting a reply (granted it was Thanksgiving) I did enough research to order the correct parts on my own. I replaced the "spider bracket" and rubber boot seal. Reassembled washer and it should last another 9 years. Read More...
