Thomas D Mineral , VA December 04, 2015 The drum belt was cracking and making noise I noticed the belt was worn from a prior repair so I ordered one and it showed up a a few days later. Having already been into the dryer once, removal of the front panel was quick. Using a long wooden dowel gave me plenty of leverage against the spring loaded adjuster pulley. I had the belt changed in less than 5 minutes. Total time from start to finish was about 20 minutes. (This is also a great time to clean and vacuum out any lint). Then re-installed the front panel!
