Followed the instructions on testing all sensors and timer. Belt was not broken. Power was getting to the motor. Determined the motor was the problem. Replaced motor, belt and blower fan wheel, which I admit to breaking trying to remove it. One note, there is a switch on the motor that was the actual problem. The contacts were burnt and the metal spring was fatigued. You can't buy this part separately even though it is easy to remove and take apart to evaluate. You have to buy the whole motor.
